Charles Dickens Museum in London

One of the five things I wanted to do in London this month was to visit the Charles Dickens Museum which has finally re-opened this month after a big refurbishment.  Christmas Eve was the perfect time to visit.The Museum holds a great collection of personal belongings relating to Dickens and is the house that Dickens lived in when he wrote Nicholas Nickleby and Oliver Twist.It was so atmospheric to visit on Christmas Eve as there were the sweet smell of Mince Pies and Mulled Wine lingering Continue reading >
